The COA library shows documentation status and request pathways independently from product purchase availability. A purchasable product is never presented as having a finalized COA unless that document is actually available.

How does invoice payment work?

Qualified research buyers may generate a server-validated, payment-pending invoice through checkout. No payment-card details are collected. The customer invoice provides Zelle instructions and an invoice-number memo reference; payment is not treated as received until VEXA verifies it.
